Ingredients
- 1-12-in precooked frozen pizza crust, defrosted
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Stella Mozzarella
- 1-4 oz log Montchevre plain Goat Cheese
- 1 pint blackberries, cleaned
- 1 medium peach, sliced
- 1/3 cup Caramelized onion Jam
- Thyme & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
- Mikes Hot Honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Brush the defrosted pizza crust with the olive oil, then top with the mozzarella cheese.
- Shingle the blackberries and peaches over the pizza and then crumble the log of goat cheese over the pie.
- Dollop the onion jam over the pizza and then bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Once removed from the oven sprinkle with fresh thyme and cracked black pepper and then drizzle with Mikes Hot Honey.
