Blackberry, Peach, Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1-12-in precooked frozen pizza crust, defrosted 
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1/3 cup Stella Mozzarella
  • 1-4 oz log Montchevre plain Goat Cheese 
  • 1 pint blackberries, cleaned 
  • 1 medium peach, sliced 
  • 1/3 cup Caramelized onion Jam 
  • Thyme & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to Taste 
  • Mikes Hot Honey 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. 
  2. Brush the defrosted pizza crust with the olive oil, then top with the mozzarella cheese.  
  3. Shingle the blackberries and peaches over the pizza and then crumble the log of goat cheese over the pie. 
  4. Dollop the onion jam over the pizza and then bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. 
  5. Once removed from the oven sprinkle with fresh thyme and cracked black pepper and then drizzle with Mikes Hot Honey.
