Ingredients
- 1 package Montchevre® Roasted Red Pepper Topped goat cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb cooked penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add the goat cheese to a large size pan along with the heavy whipping cream.
- Mix using a spoon until incorporated and smooth over medium heat.
- Pour in the cooked pasta and mix until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
