Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese and Wild Mushroom Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1-14 inch (parbaked) Flatbread
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Stella Parmesan Cheese
- ¾ cup Stella Mozzarella
- 1-4 oz Log Montchevre Garlic and Herb Goat Cheese, cut into medallions/coins
- 8 oz Roasted Wild Mushrooms
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Handful of Arugula
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 500 degrees.
- Brush flatbread with the olive oil and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and then all of the mozzarella.
- Shingle the goat cheese coins and the mushrooms all over the flatbread and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Following the bake tope with handful of Arugula and finish with an extra drizzle of the olive oil and fresh cracked Black Pepper.
