Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled Montchevre x Mike's Hot Honey Goat Cheese
- 2 cups cooked short pasta of your choice
- 3 tablespoons Mike's Hot Honey
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Handful of spring mix or baby arugula
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup diced cucumbers
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Put cooked pasta, greens, tomatoes and cucumber into a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour honey sauce and crumbled goat cheese over the pasta salad mix.
- Add warm goat cheese to salad, toss and top off with seasoning and fresh basil.
