Hot Honey Goat Cheese & Pepperoni Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Montchevre x Mike’s Hot Honey Goat Cheese (two 4-ounce logs)
  • 1 15-ounce jar marinara sauce
  • Mike's Hot Honey
  • Handful of sliced pepperoni
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Handful basil, oregano and more hot honey to top

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread marinara sauce into a cast-iron skillet or 12-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with crumbled Montchevre Mike’s Hot Honey goat cheese, evenly spreading throughout the skillet. Pat down to create a flat surface.
  4. Add a layer of pepperoni slices and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for about 5 minutes or until the pepperoni starts to curl.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped basil and oregano and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey to your liking.
