Ingredients
- 8 ounces Montchevre x Mike’s Hot Honey Goat Cheese (two 4-ounce logs)
- 1 15-ounce jar marinara sauce
- Mike's Hot Honey
- Handful of sliced pepperoni
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Handful basil, oregano and more hot honey to top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread marinara sauce into a cast-iron skillet or 12-inch baking dish.
- Top with crumbled Montchevre Mike’s Hot Honey goat cheese, evenly spreading throughout the skillet. Pat down to create a flat surface.
- Add a layer of pepperoni slices and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for about 5 minutes or until the pepperoni starts to curl.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped basil and oregano and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey to your liking.
