Ingredients
- 1 loaf artisan flat bread
- ¾ cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 ½ cup Stella Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 oz Montchevre Goat Cheese Log, cut into medallions/coins
- ½ cup Stella Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 bushel Broccollini, cleaned and blanched
- 2 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp pinenuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
- Top the flatbread with the marinara and the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the fresh garlic, pinenuts and broccolini over the flatbread and then add the goat cheese coins. Top with the shredded parmesan cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
