Mozzarella, Broccolini & Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf artisan flat bread 
  • ¾ cup Marinara Sauce 
  • 1 ½ cup Stella Mozzarella Cheese   
  • 4 oz Montchevre Goat Cheese Log, cut into medallions/coins 
  • ½ cup Stella Shredded Parmesan Cheese 
  • 1 bushel Broccollini, cleaned and blanched  
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh garlic 
  • 3 tbsp pinenuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.  
  2. Top the flatbread with the marinara and the mozzarella. 
  3. Sprinkle the fresh garlic, pinenuts and broccolini over the flatbread and then add the goat cheese coins. Top with the shredded parmesan cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
