Ingredients
- 10-12-inch pizza crust
- ⅓ cup fig jam
- ¾ cup mozzarella, shredded
- ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 6 slices salami
- 4 ounces Montchevre x Mikes Hot Honey Goat Cheese, crumbled
- Extra Mike’s Hot Honey for drizzling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cover crust with sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the crust and then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Add salami to pizza.
- Crumble goat cheese over the top and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with additional Mike’s Hot Honey if desired.
