Ingredients
- 2 sticks melted unsalted butter
- 4 oz log very soft Montchevre® Goat Cheese + crumbles for garnish
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups of white chocolate chips
- ½ cup of crushed pecans
- Ice cream and caramel for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl whisk together the butter, 4 ounces of goat cheese, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until completely combined.
- Next, whisk in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined,
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans just until mixed in.
- Transfer the batter to a 9x9” greased pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until browned on top and firm in the center.
- Cool completely to room temperature, slice and serve with ice cream and caramel
