Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh Montchevre® goat cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mike's Hot Honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced jarred pimientos
  • 2 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve with celery, radishes, crackers, or on a burger.
