Ingredients

  • 3 English muffins, halved
  • 6oz cranberry sauce, non-jellied (about 1/2 a can)
  • 4oz Montchevre® Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup candied pecans
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut English muffins in half and lightly toast in the toaster or toaster oven.
  3. Arrange halves evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on the halves and spread to the edges.
  5. In a medium bowl, add Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese and honey.
  6. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds to soften the cheese.
  7. Mix with a fork until well blended and creamy.
  8. Spoon the goat cheese mixture on top of the cranberry sauce. Spread gently leaving a ring of cranberry around the edge.
  9. Top with candied pecans and dried cranberries.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the muffins are extra crispy.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes on the pan.
  12. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
