Ingredients
- 8oz Montchevre® Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
- 3 tbsps. of maple syrup
- 8oz of chopped and roasted butternut squash
- 2 tbsps. of parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 store bought pizza crust or flatbread
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix maple syrup, squash, parsley, and salt.
- Lay out flatbread or crust and brush with olive oil.
- Spread maple and squash mix over crust.
- Top with Montchevre® cranberry cinnamon goat cheese.
- Bake directly on oven rack 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and crust is crispy. Cut into 8 wedges.
